Examples of workflows: plan payroll, close monthly books, chase overdue invoices, run a sales campaign, write ad copy. Each workflow connects to partner software and completes the task step by step.
The key fact most articles miss
Claude for Small Business is not a new pricing tier or a separate product. It is a plugin inside Cowork that existing paid Claude subscribers get at no extra charge. If you already pay for Claude Pro or any higher plan, you already have access to Cowork — and by extension, the SMB plugin.
What the Cowork Plugin Actually Is (It Is Not a New Pricing Tier)
Cowork is Anthropic's platform for agentic tasks — Claude acting on your behalf across connected tools. When you connect QuickBooks to Cowork and ask it to “close the monthly books,” Claude reads your transactions, categorises them, reconciles the accounts, and prepares a report. Even without the packaged SMB workflows, Claude is genuinely useful for Indian business owners. Here is what works today:

What Claude Cannot Do in India (Hindi Voice, Mythos Model, Local Integrations)
✕Hindi voice mode
Voice input and output in Claude is English-only as of 2026. You cannot speak to Claude in Hindi and have it respond in Hindi by voice. Text-only Hindi works well.
✕Claude Mythos model
Anthropic's most advanced model, Claude Mythos, launched under a restricted access programme (Project Glasswing). India does not have access. Indian users get Opus and Sonnet models only.
